Our Story
Rise Together was founded on the fundamental principle that no mother or single parent should face life's challenges in isolation. Many single mothers encounter substantial obstacles, including financial hardship, limited access to resources, childcare complexities, and intricate legal or social structures. Often, they are expected to manage these burdens without sufficient support.
Rise Together was established to address and transform this reality.
Our Mission
Rise Together is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to advancing stability, economic mobility, and long-term success for single mothers, parents, and families. We provide inclusive, accessible support through advocacy, resource navigation, and community-based solutions designed to address systemic barriers in childcare, housing, workforce access, and financial security.
For many parents, these challenges are compounded by difficulties navigating services, accommodations, and equitable opportunities. Rise Together works to close that gap by building support systems that meet families where they are—offering guidance, advocacy, and clear pathways to critical resources, including for parents with disabilities.
Our work includes developing programs focused on housing stability, childcare access, and workforce pathways, while collaborating with nonprofit and community partners to expand reach, leverage expertise, and deliver coordinated, high-impact support.
As an emerging initiative, we are building strategic partnerships with community leaders, advisors, and organizations to create scalable, sustainable solutions that drive measurable outcomes and long-term impact.
